Sweet! Looks like you’re ready for the most fun in town when it comes to a pARTy! We pride ourselves in making sure you and your guests have an amazing art experience no matter the level of talent. Let’s now look at the details of what this experience will look like below.
Location: We come to you! If you would like to book your party at a different location, those arrangements are up to you. We will provide everything except tablecloths and decorations. If you need tables and chairs we have those to rent as well.
Ages: 7 & up is recommended. (Kids Parties – Paint parties run smoothly if there are no parents to “help” their kids. I find the kids do not ask me for help and instead ask and rely on their parent who is not part of the class. If the parent wants to help, they will be included in the number of guests painting.)
Materials provided: Art Instruction, Easels, Aprons, 11×14″ Canvas, Brushes, Paint, Water Cups (Glow Party, 3 glow lights, glow paints) *Larger canvas or other item to paint can be requested. Pricing will vary. HOST will need to provide tables, chairs, tableclothes, or any drop cloth that is wanted. Tables and chairs can be rented, if needed.
The Muse: You can select from over 200 paintings from our gallery or if you have a particular theme or idea in mind our talented artist Julie Kukreja will create one for your event at no extra fee.
Fundraiser Event: Our price is $15 per painter including supplies. You set the ticket price for your guests and keep the difference. We also recommend having additional items like raffle baskets to help raise more for your great cause.
Party Info: All parties are 3 hours long which allows for 1 break for food and cake or presents. School and scout events are 2 hour parties if needed (1 or no break to save time).
Travel Fees: Travel fees will be applied to cities 10 miles outside of Algonquin, IL (If you are more than 40 mins from Algonquin, minimum party requirement of $300 and travel fees to book)
Non Refundable Deposit Required: The deposit of half the party amount is required to book the party. The rest is due at the party. Your date/time WILL NOT be held until the deposit is placed. Just note that because you are discussing the date/time, it doesn’t mean it’s reserved for you. You could lose that date/time during this process.
Refund Policy: Rebooking is available. No refund of deposit.
Rental Items: Do you need tables or chairs? 4, 6′ ft tables $8 per table, 20 folding chairs $2 per chair
